We’ll Strive to Resolve Your Case Quickly and Affordably

So You Can Move on With Your Life

The divorce attorneys and team members at Bianco Professional Association will explain New Hampshire’s complex divorce laws in a simple and direct way, and will answer all of your questions.

The state of New Hampshire requires that most divorce cases and all divorce cases involving children go to mediation first.

Many divorces can be resolved amicably in about a month, at fraction of the cost of a court case, when both parties work together through the mediation process.

However, when the mediation process is not successful, our attorneys will aggressively advocate for you in court. When children are involved, we strive to meet the best interests of each child to ensure that both you and your children receive a fair outcome.
